The Secure Goat, Milk & Mohair Supply Plan (SGMMS) and website was administered by the American Goat Federation (AGF) in collaboratioan with industry stakeholders, AGF Advisors and Member Associations, State and Federal Government officials and university personnel.  The plan was funded through a cooperative agreement between the United States Department of Agriculture Animal & Plant Inspection Service (USDA/APHIS) and AGF.
